Halloween Party
On Thursday October 27th at 5:30pm S-P-A Karate will be holding our annual Halloween Party. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
Promotion Ceremony
Sunday October 23th at 6:00pm S-P-A Karate will be holding the Promotion Ceremony. There will be no class. All family and friends are invited to attend.

Pumpkin Patch Fun
On Saturday 10-22-2011 we will be going to Roba’s Tree Farm FIRE PIT CF-36 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The tickets are $9.95 this includes your way in and a small pumpkin. If you want to purchase your tickets from me money has to be in no later than 10-09-2011. You can also purchase tickets up Roba’s that day at the door they will be $10.95 no pumpkin. All Families will provide their own food and drinks NON-ALCOHOLIC. There are food stands up there. This is a great night out with all the Families last year we had LOTS of FUN.
Promotion Test – Adults, Junior and Children Classes
On Saturday 10-01-2011 will be promotion testing Children will report at 7:45 a.m. 8:00 a.m. will begin testing. Juniors will report at 9:45 a.m. 10:00 a.m. will begin the second test. Adults will report to the school at 12:15 p.m. your test will begin 12:30 p.m. Tang Soo!!

SPA Karate Featured In Scranton Times
Master Diane Meckwood-Prislupsky and SPA Karate were featured in the September 1, 2008 edition of the Scranton Times.
Olyphant’s National Night Out
SPA Karate wowed the crowd on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 during a martial arts and self defense presentation as part of Olyphant’s National Night Out.
National Night Out is a program promoting crime prevention and safety.
Approximately 35 SPA Karate students, ranging in rank from white belt to 3rd degree black belt, demonstrated a variety of Hyungs (Forms), self defense moves, weapons forms, and breaking to the delight and awe of the spectators. In addition to the demonstration, SPA Karate manned a table providing hand outs for all ages including safety tips and coloring sheets for children, self defense and safety tips for adults, and information on classes, programs and services offered by SPA Karate.
