Tai Chi Chuan/Shiatsu/Reiki
Mike Liuzzo is the Tai Chi instructor on Thursday evenings 6:30PM – 7:30PM
Tai Chi Chuan is a beautiful graceful way to strengthen and enrich your body. It is a total life affirming philosophical discipline, and a complete physical, mental and emotional development syste. It is also a powerful form of mind-body fitness, which nourishes and protects us on all levels of being. It is practiced slowly and evenly in circular patterns, while it improves circulations, balance, and helps relax and strengthen the nervous system. The stretching movements make the body limber, tones muscles and helps release tension. All of these preventative things allow the body to find its way to alleviate many aliments such as hypertension, gastric problems, arthritis, disease and anemia. Most recent studies have found it beneficial to patients dealing with fibromyalgia, parkinson’s and multiple sclerosis.
Sifu Liuzzo has extensive experience in the Healing Arts.
